In what could be considered one of the more unusual collectible items, one Pinjarra resident, has been diligently treasuring Subway napkins that have come with his meals for more than a decade.

Trevor Ross could be considered Subway Pinjarra’s most dedicated takeaway customer, visiting the restaurant every second day to get his favourite fix – a footlong subway club cut in half and wrapped separately to keep him fueled for the next two days.

Over the past decade, Trevor has collected close to 2,000 napkins from his local restaurant, now housing a collection over one-metre tall.
